I have a Weber as well and as much as I love it – my bars start to get small rust spots after two years. Any suggestions? It’s under my patio so out of the elements for the most part
If you can find a local sheet metal fab shop, take them one of the old ones for a pattern, and have them make you a set from 16ga Stainless. Should last for MANY years.

Replace them with a charcoal grill, and there would be no need for flavorizers.

yup.. got your money’s worth from them!!!!! Another idea to ponder is getting [emitter ](https://www.amazon.com/EasiBBQ-Charbroil-463242515-463367016-463242516/dp/B08Q3VZHRC/)placing them left and right thus allowing a guy to place some charcoal or wood-chips on top so to add a bit of flavory smoke.
