I followed the exact recipe to make this during Culinary School. It’s one of the best dishes I’ve ever eaten. I’m not vegetarian… but if I was, I’d eat this everyday.
I eat a ton more vegan/Plantbased recipes in the summertime because I like to feel lighter in the summer and that’s when I said all my winter weight anyway so this would be perfect for that
I couldn't help but laugh at the absurdity of the fact that many initially thought that the sliced vegetables in the ratatouille were colored pepperonis. It's just so… weird for some reason, but I'm not complaining! 😂😂😂
The dish looks delicious, though, and not to mention, it's incredibly tasty, as I've made it at least 7 times for my family and friends! As a HUGE fan of the 2007 Pixar film, I'd love to make this for my family again. 😊😁
