I was meant to make ice cream two weeks ago and just forgot. Should I take it out or is it okay to leave in the freezer? It’s empty.

If you’ve got the space in the freezer leave it in there permanently so you’re always ready to make ice cream!

Mine stays In the freezer at all times. Never know when you may want to make some lol. I like to stay prepared

Only downside is that it can pick up bad smells from the freezer. When I had one, I stored it in my freezer, but in a 2 gallon Zip-Loc bag.

  6. I don’t think so, but I cover mine with cling wrap to prevent frost and other stuff getting inside. I’m not sure about string on its side though since the liquid inside is not evenly distributed and one side of your bowl will be colder than the other.
