Had the Matiz cod yesterday for lunch. First time having tinned cod. It was tasty, albeit a bit bland, but that's cod. The olive oil was good enough to use on my salad. After I snapped the photo I added a drizzle of balsamic glaze. The cod had a great texture and was firm. I might get it again but I definitely like sardines, trout, and mackerel more.

  1. I like that those are nice big pieces. Some of the cod I’ve opened—not from Matiz—has been quite small bits and shreds.
