White Leaves – Help

So the photo doesn’t do it justice, but a lot of the leaves on both this Thai chili sprout and some of my other sprouts of various peppers are turning white.

I assume it’s a nutrient thing? I’m just using potted plant soil, afraid I’m going to end up losing them. I know questions like this are asked a lot, any help would be appreciated. Sorry if this has been asked and answered a hundred times before.
