Cooking a lot of healthy meals for a family member in recovery and eating a lot of the same food! This was a good one–sautéed kale with onions, garlic and olive oil; garlic and herbs marinated salmon; purple sweet potatoes mashed with almond milk with a tablespoon of maple syrup added after reheating.

We've got the healthy fats, the protein, the vitamin K, and the complex carbs along with low sodium (only the salmon has some salt), and low saturated fat and cholcolors!

And I just love these colours!
