Hello guys!

I've made cashew cream dressing 2 times by soaking raw cashews overnight and then blending them along with lemon juice and spices. The dressing tastes so good the first day, and then I store it in a jar in the fridge.

However, the next day the dressing ends up tasting …stale ?? Or flat?? Just not good at all or fresh? Actually I dislike the taste of the dressing so much the next day, that I end up not eating it at all. Does anybody have any advice of why this is happening and how to prevent this?

Edit: I am open to experimentation . . .does anyone know of any good salad dressing recipes that use soaked cauliflower or white beans instead? Asking for a friend. Thank you!
