Jenna hey mama hey okay y’all so now
before we dive into the cooking you can

make something really delicious it

ooh the clam sauce easy peasy okay and
with the interest of time I started some
things I hope you don’t mind so this is
the clams the clams are already started
with a little garlic a little olive oil
a little clam juice okay we’re going to
take them up once the clams are open
okay take them out Jenna will help with
help me get these out okay and then
we’re going to work on the sauce part
which is also easy peasy okay I love
this now I this is what I love about
your restaurant Fresco Bas scato you
it’s very popular with the celebrities
Jenna so like I love they they are
coming by you got all I can’t see all
the people who are these celebrities got

that’s right wait a second where’s our

shf you know what I didn’t take a
picture cuz I was eating so I didn’t
like want to take a picture I was eating
so much when I was at the restaurant I
have to say we were so happy that you
came to the restaurant we didn’t want to
bother you no I was excited just a
little bit John comes all the time and I
came with him I know excited so with all
the celebrities that come like what can
guests expect when they come to Fresco
basato the most delicious food of course
the best service Jen and I are there um
and you know what right now our outdoor
area is open okay Sher you have to come
back because his beautiful flowers that
Larry Scott has just sprinkled his magic
all over our backyard so gorgeous okay
we we’re going to do the sauce right a
little butter can you help me sis look
like I just oh yeah you can tell I’m not
a h okay I’m adding some clams a little
red pepper nice do you like red pepper I
love red pepper some Tomatoes some
Tomatoes okay A little parsley basil yes
okay let that cook up just a few minutes
this is what it looks like okay this is
what it looks like after it’s all cooked
up delicious delicious okay now now
we’re going to marry our pasta that we
already pre-boiled put now Jenna as your
mom is doing this you grew up in the
restaurant business with your mama like
what what was that like I did and I used
to work there um over the summers in
high school and college until my
grandmother fired me wait a minute hold
up I’m back true I’m back with the
Vengeance now why did your grandmother
fire you because one day during lunch I
got a little hungry and we were in the
middle of our lunch rush but I went into
the kitchen and I asked the chef to make
me a quick dish of pasta so I
disappeared from the floor and she had
hundreds of people to see going where’s
Jenna where’s Jenna I turned up a little
later thinking everything was okay and
she was like you’re done that’s just
like that’s just like a young adult I
love it so we’re we’re doing this pasta
which looks amazing right in the center
for our clams can you finish with a
little parsley like a little parsley and
then also you know what I would love a
little lemon olive oil just gives it a
beautiful sweetness I’m telling you you
make this at home that looks so good
okay so what’s our next dish Jenna is
that what you’re doing yes our next dish
is whole milk barata Capra it’s done
with basil three ways okay you have some
basil pesto at the bottom some Tomatoes
I’m adding damn this is good oh yeah oh
yeah
wel and so we got yours so we’re adding
some croutons oo we’re adding basil
seeds which are actually really good for
you okay you putting the basil seeds on
there basil seeds which you soak for 20
minutes beforehand oh that looks so good
A little bit of basil oil on top M
salt oh that looks so beautiful now
while I’m about to taste this rosan how
do you like you know you’re hosting now

Cur Kurt is so much fun um we it’s you
know we work together 20 years ago he
did Sports and I was the 10:00 news
anchor so we know one another but I have
to tell you he came from Fox NFL right
he comes in all suited up okay fire
going okay so he comes from Fox Sports
all suited up Network guy in three
months I had him in rhineston cowboy out
you always get him to like rest in these
in these different different outfits and
now he’s happy we’re having a great time

been everybody’s been madly in love with
it’s called the Fresco Affair I love the
