    Black bass Almondine

    Ingredients 

    * Black Bass 
    * Butter, browned 
    * Shallot
    * Candied lemons 
    * Fresh lemon
    * Green Beans

    Steps 

    * Sear fish gently in brown butter, deglazed with lemon juice
    * Remove fish from pan once seared 
    * Add a touch of water to the pan and add in green beans, minced shallot, salt, pepper and a touch more lemon. 
    * Bring to a boil and glaze green beans until there is a glossy presence and beautifully textured sauce appears.
    * Placed cook fish on the plate
    * Turn off heat in the pan, toss in slivered almonds to the green beans and toss 
    * Place green beans and almond sauce on top of fish.
