Heya all… I'm new to the MD and so far really enjoying it. Open to any suggestions with other nice recipes, tips etc.
I got this recipe off a friend
Finely diced cucumber, red onion, tomatoes and avocado.
Wholegrain rice
Chicken breast seasoned with paprika, lemon, pepper and drizzled in ev olive oil.
Cous cous.
Houmous.
Kidney beans
And oven roasted red pepper.
Mix it all in a bowl, drizzle some olive oil and balsamic over, and crumble up some feta cheese.
Did I do OK?
