Sheet Pan Sausage and Veggies Recipe that is super easy, and delicious.

Sheet Pan Sausage and Veggie Recipe:
– Sausage of your choice – Chopped into medium sized pieces
– 3 Potatoes Cubed
– 3 Carrots chopped up coarsely
– 1 large onion chopped up coarsely
– 12 Brussel sprouts, chopped in halves
– 1 pound of mushrooms, either small or chopped
– 2 TBS of Olive Oil
– Salt, Pepper, and Italian Seasoning

How to make roasted sheet pan sausage and Veggies:

Preheat oven to 425F. Mix all of the chopped vegetables together with olive oil. Put on a large roasting pan. Sprinkle seasoning on. Put the pan of vegetables and sausage into the oven for 20 minutes, after that mix them and cook until potatoes are fork tender.

all right we’re going to use beef smoked
sausage you can use whatever you
like cut this up into just
medium size
pieces just want to keep them even siiz
pieces next we got some carrots that
were in the fridge we’re just going to
chop those up we’re going to make these
kind of smaller because these are some
of the
slower cooking vegetables we’re not
going to get too
big next we got just some white
mushrooms that are already sliced we got
a pound here we’re going to add those
in next we have some brussel sprouts
that have been washed and I cut those in
half we’re going to add those
in and now we just have some white
potatoes we’re going to slice them up
cut those into smallish pieces cuz these
cook a little slower than the rest as
well we’re just going to give these a
coarse
chop so now we have our big bowl of
sausage and chopped up vegetables we’re
going to take about two to three
tablespoons of olive
oil and you’re going to just carefully
roll that around to sprad let the oil
around so now we’re going to take all of
our
vegetables and sausage and dump it on a
big
pan we’re going to shake this out a
little bit to even it
up next we’re going to take some Italian
seasoning and I’m going to add about
a tablespoon give or
take I’m going to add a little bit of
chili
powder maybe a
teaspoon and we’re going to go with
about oh a
teaspoon of just regular
salt and maybe half a teaspoon to a
teaspoon of black pepper
and when we put this in the oven we’re
going to cook it for about 20 minutes
then we’re going to go and turn this
over with a spatula so those that those
seasonings will get good mixed in
so okay this is preheated at
425 and we’re going to let that go for
20 minutes and with this many vegetables
it’s going to take probably 40 minutes
but we’ll go by color so we’ll see you
in just a little
bit all right first 20
minutes looking good so we’re
gonna give this a little
stir all right we’re going to go back in
for another 20
minutes all right we’re going to pull it
out and check it out
looks amazing and smells

sure it’s tender fork

  1. I love this! I don't eat one of the veggies, but otherwise, it looks incredibly scrumptious. I would use an air fryer or indoor grill, only because they're my go to. 😋😋😋
