Una crostata alla frutta in un guscio dei Sablè con una deliziosa crema diplomatica ma senza la gelatina. Un dolce fresco da servire in ogni occasione.
Gli ingredienti
Per la Sablè:
350 gr farina 00
50 gr farina mandorle
150 gr zucchero a velo
Pizzico di sale
180 gr burro freddissimo
70 gr uova
Mezza bacca vaniglia o mezzo cucchiaino estratto

Per la crema Diplomatica:
500 gr latte
130 gr zucchero
125 gr di tuorli
40 gr amido
Scorza di 1 limone
1 cucchiaino estratto vaniglia
200 gr panna fresca
30 gr zucchero a velo

Per la frutta:
Fragole, kiwi, banane e mirtilli
