Cheesy Garlic Mushroom Open Toast

Ingredients :

Butter/Vegan butter – 1 tbsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
Onions – 1/4th cup
Bell peppers – 1/4th cup
Garlic – 1 to 2 tbsp
Mushrooms – 1 cup
Wheat flour/Oats flour/Millet flour/Almond flour – 1+1/2 tbsp
Milk/Plantbased milk – 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Black pepper – 1/2 tsp
Mixed herbs/oregano – 1 tbsp
Parsley – 1 tsp
Fresh cream – 2 tbsp
Mozzarella/Processed cheese/Vegan cheese – 1/4th cup

Multigrain/Millet bread/Gluten-free bread
Cheese
Herbs
Chilli flakes

Method-
To make the creamy cheesy mushrooms,
– saute onions, bell peppers, garlic in butter.
– add mushrooms, cook till it softens, add wheat flour & saute for 2 mins.
– add fresh milk & cook till the mixture thickens.
– Add seasonings, cream, cheese & combine.
– Spread the mushroom mixture on multi grain bread.
– top it with cheese, chilli flakes & oregano.

– Air Fry or bake till its crisp & cheese melts.
-Enjoy hot.
