Here is my first try at sourdough sandwich bread! I just made a turkey sandwich with it and I absolutely love it! I would love some feedback, I know sandwich bread usually has a tighter crumb, does this look right?

Recipe: 150g starter 600g water 42g honey 1000g flour 20g salt 113g unsalted butter
Combine all ingredients in stand mixer and knead for 10-15 min until ball of dough comes together. Let rise at room temp overnight until doubled. Shape into loaf pans and proof for two hours until doubled. Bake at 375 for 35-40 min until internal temp is 205 degrees.
