breakfast combination wrap it in a
burrito make it low calorie high protein
why don’t mind if I do these breakfast
burritos are the perfect way to start
your morning while hitting your protein
goals and your calorie
targets let’s start by adding some low
calorie cooking spray to a pan and
putting that on medium high heat also
you want to chop up two chicken sausages
add the chicken sausages to the pan and
also if you’re enjoying this type of
content don’t forget to like And
subscribe while the chicken sausages are
cooking let’s add one large egg to a
bowl followed by 125 G of egg whites to
this you want to add some ground black
pepper and then also a splash of sea
salt once you’re done seasoning grab
your fork whisk it until everything is
properly combined and you get this
beautiful yellow color by then your
sausages should be done cooking you
could just grab them off the pan put
them on a plate and set it aside for now
add a bit more low calorie cooking spray
to the same pan keeping the same heat
pour your egg mixture in you want to
make sure you get everything with the
spatula and then as it’s cooking start
pushing your egg mixture inward this is
going to create that beautiful scrambled
egg texture that we all know and love
while your eggs are cooking grab a small
bowl add 15 G of lighter than light
mayonnaise
this is extra light mayonnaise that has
a lot less fat a lot less calories so
much healthier you also want to add 15 G
of Sriracha hot sauce this is going to
get you a homemade Sriracha mayo that’s
way lower in calories than the store
bought stuff so much healthier and still
great tasting once your eggs are almost
done cooking you want to start breaking
them up this is totally optional but I
really like to break them up into small
pieces I just find that it’s much better
for wrapping grab two tortilla wraps add
half of your scrambled egg mixture to
one of the wraps followed by half of
your chicken sausage and then to this
you want to add 25 G of shredded
mozzarella once that’s done pour half of
your sauce on top now we start the
wrapping procedure this is pretty
straightforward and it gets easier the
more you do it but basically you just
fold the sides in then you grab the
lower part bring it up over the top and
once the two ends meet you just tuck it
back make sure to fold in the sides and
then just roll over it and there you go
the perfectly rolled burrito repeat all
the steps for the second burrito add a
bit more low calorie cooking spray to
the same pan and cook both burritos for
about 2 to 3 minutes on each side once
you’re done cooking you want to flip it
over and you should have a nice golden
brown color and repeat for the other
side and now for the macros you’re
looking at 56 g of protein 75 G of carbs
24 G of fat
756 calories for both burritos which
leaves it at about
375 each I really enjoyed these burritos
they leave me full up until lunchtime
such a great way to hit my protein goals
without having to sacrifice taste or
flavor which to me is really important
