I made this using a cooks country recipe for thin crust chicago style.

The original recipe calls for pinching dime size pieces of Italian sausage raw on the sauce then cover with cheese before baking. VERY good but I didn’t want to mess with it tonight so just did pepperoni.

    That crisp 🙌🏽 when the slices are that clean you know each bite is going to be perfect. That corner piece too, wow!
