Get a burst of spring flavors with my Blueberry Lemon Muffins Recipe!

Here’s the ingredients:

1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
¾ cup Truvia® Sweet Complete™ All-Purpose Sweetener
½ teaspoon kosher salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
6 tablespoons melted butter
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Juice from half a lemon
Zest from the lemon
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

Next, add the salt and baking powder.

In the same pitcher that I have milk to get our muffins nice and soft, I’ll add melted butter, vanilla extract, and an egg. Now to get the lemon essence in there – zest of a whole lemon and juice from half of a lemon. Mix it all up and pour into the bowl.

For the blueberries, you could use either fresh or frozen, don’t thaw the blueberries if you’re using frozen – just toss it in a little bit of flour and mix it with the batter just until combined.

we’re making a lemon blueberry muffin
we’re going to start with our Trilla
sweet complete flour salt baking powder
and give it a mix mix mix for the wet
ingredients I’m just going to combine
everything into our measuring cup which
is already filled with our milk the
melted butter an egg vanilla extract
zest half a lemon and then squeeze out
its juice our blueberries you can use
fresh or frozen combine it with a little
bit of flour to coat it and just mix it
well pour all of our wet ingredients in
into the dry

18 to 20 minutes in the oven at
375° so here’s our blueberry muffins all
right let’s give it a
