i am 25F, 5'2.5, CW: 140 lbs, GW: 135 lbs

here is everything i ate yesterday aka what i eat during my normal work days as a barista. i make myself breakfast before my early morning shifts, pack my lunch for the day, a drink when i arrive, a snack when i get home, and then dinner:)

    You can get that sandwich calories down big time by using a high fiber bread like 647 (40 calories a slice) or another carb-friendly option 🙂
