What is authentic? Are you not from America because I seem to see people from the Uk eat Chilli and say it’s mexican. Looks authentic but rice is a poor choice. Should definitely switch the rice for cornbread!

No such thing as authentic chili. Just put together what you have and make it taste good. Mine comes out looking like a soup with too many veggies lo but it’s fire. Your chili Looks.good and awesome
