How to Make Financiers

Making Raspberry Financiers in the van.

Recipe:
50g plain flour,
60g almond flour,
150g icing sugar,
3 egg whites,
150g beurre noisette butter,

bake at 200c 5 minutes,
lower oven to 180c for 10 to 15 minutes.
