Everyone makes their mac and cheese differently, but on the show today, it was about who does it the best. Briana Smith, the event coordinator for the Wing and Mac Smackdown, judged the dishes we mixed up last night.

all right everyone makes their mac and
cheese differently but today it’s all
about who does it best oh I am nervous
we’re back with the event coordinator of
the wing and Mac Showdown Briana Smith
she’s ready to judge our dishes that we
made last night I want to remind
everyone that boiling water is tough for
me so keep that in mind it all looks so
good though I want to give us Kudos I
think we did a good job but um we’re
going to let you be the judge of that
and uh sample each one of our macaroni
Maybe should tell her what we did yeah
so why don’t you who who is this that
would be mine okay so why don’t you tell
her uh there is Grier cheese which is my
personal favorite and in a little
additional secret ingredient that I
always put in it is a a little bit of
chili lime you can like barely taste it
it’s my favorite seasoning from Trader
Joe’s and I just think it kind of gives
it that little you know little
difference I feel like we all need I
mean I know you’ve already sampled it I
sure have but I’ll keep eating so what
made you use not not use traditional mac
and cheese
noodles oh oh she really is so um they
were out Banna they they got all the we
were doing it yeah we remembered this at
a last minute but they did have my
favorite cheese so I was like okay I’m
not going to go to the other MH the
other grocery store we’re bringing in
pen in 2024 absolutely oh I it okay so
um this is the mac and cheese that I am
famous for in my family um last year I
Incorporated a R because I tend to like
a firmer mac and cheese but I wanted to
give it a little extra moisture I also
did a cheese pool in the Middle with um
a little bit of mozzarella cheese and I
used an Italian macaroni noodle because
has a little bit of thickness to it um
oh girl you nailed it yes so what good
mhm oh yeah I and I Ed cheddar cheese
two cheddar cheeses oh man you think
this isti babe I like these noodles I
like it too Trader Joe’s Trad
don’t even bother um well looks the
creamiest this is um a mac and cheese
that I love I use oh I use Vita I’m not
going to lie I the best I love Vita I
love Vita I also do AO I do a lot of
butter I make a r um and then I add in
some cheddar cheese some a little bit of
guer and um and then I just kind of
combine it and let it cook I don’t bake
mine but that’s only because the kids
don’t like it Bak yeah this is good mine
don’t either mhm oh my God very creamy
and I love kavat tapi I don’t know why
is that how you say it kavat tapi I
always call them the cork screw the cork
yeah leave it easy the yeah this is good
okay what what are you thinking what are
okay so I’m based on taste mm

mhm and I would have to say out of the
three and I’m not being biased cuz she’s
the judge but Mikey I would say is the
best I’m not Li give it to her too I
also would say Mikey like there just
there there’s so much good flavor in
this Mikey I this is the first thing
I’ve ever won in my life you did it baby
I I like and now that we know you can
make this you’re going to be doing it a
lot yeah you want to enter the
competition I should should it this is
really I will say there was an
ingredient that I did not disclose um
and I used a little bit of cheese whz in
it and I and you would think that that’s
kind of bizarre but that has been uh a
lot of my friends do it that way okay
and they’ve won competition so I just
you just won ours it’s the cheese take
note cheese in a can so stinking good
