Now this particular recipe called for enoki mushrooms but we don’t have those here. I can’t find baby bok choy either. I’m having a hard time finding bean sprouts. But I did get actual Japanese noodles and those came in today.
I’m still relatively new to the ramen scene and am completely enamored with the art form this is turning out to be. But most importantly it’s tasty 🙂
The bowl I got seems to be comically huge as is the spoon.
