Found an excellent tamper for Flair Neo Flex users. $15 and it turns your machine into a lever tamper

It’s the Boicafe tamper on Amazon. They don’t advertise this feature on the page but a reviewer mentioned that it’s meant to be used with the lever.

Make sure you get the 39mm if ordering for a Neo Flex.

The lever ratio on a Neo Flex is about 10:1 so 3 pounds of force on the lever will equate to a 30 pound tamp.
