How did you cook it. How often did you flip

I would say that’s a great place to start. Good cook on the inside for sure! I’d recommend drying the exterior as much as you can next time or salting it for about 2-4hrs in advance to help get a better sear!

Sear gets a 4/10 but inside is a 9/10 Bahaha how?!?!

A bit overcooked for most of this sub, but I’d eat it…. If I liked steak. Maybe it’s better to say my wife would eat it. Lol.

  7. Pretty amazing. Just get the pan (or grill) insanely hot to get better sear. The crust from a good sear adds so much flavor.

It looks incredible! I’d personally go for a little longer sear but it probably wouldnt change much anyway
