I’ve been craving strawberry rhubarb pie lately and this totally hit the spot. crust was flaky and light and the filling was sweet and sour perfection. just wish i’d watched a video on how to do the lattice nicely before i started 🤣

    I sprinkled sanding sugar on top of a strawberry/rhubarb pie I made, and it looked so pretty! That little crunch was extra yummy. Not that yours needs changing, just an idea for a future pie 🙂
