Greek Lettuce & Dill Salad is a classic spring salad that’s easy to make with everyday ingredients. The most important thing to remember is that it’s best when made at the time of year when lettuce, specifically Romaine lettuce, is at its peak, and for us inGreece, that’s always in the spring.
All you need is fresh, crisp Romaine lettuce, spring onions or scallions, dill, sea salt, lemon juice and olive oil. You can dress it up with a little crumbled feta if you want, too!
