M
AR up your
suit hello my friends it’s Sunday
evening and I feel like doing some meal
prep I was scouring the internet and I
came across some really yummy good
looking recipes so from a few few
different people we are going to make a
steak chimy chery bean salad a radish
bean salad these are salads that going
going to keep really well in the fridge
and then a lascala bean salad and I also
want to make some protein banana bread
last thing we’re going to make a Bara
pea pasta those are the recipes that
we’re going to get to make so let’s get
started I found them from a bunch of
different creators so I will link to
everybody in the description box okay so
we are going to start off with the steak
chimy chery bean salad and I started off
with one pound of grass-fed flank steak
and then season this with just some
basic steak seasoning that had some
lemon and just a few other like garlic
ba very basic seasoning blend and then
let that rest while you start prepping
everything out because literally all
you’re going to do is chop up everything
else that is it for the whole recipe
that’s what makes this so quick and easy
and just so simple for meal prep but
it’s so filling and so all you’re going
to do is chop up one shallot one bunch
of parsley a bunch of cilantro half a
cup of chopped roasted red peppers a can
of garbanzo beans one can of white beans
one container of mini mozzarella balls a
qu now this is going to be your dressing
you’re going to do 1/4 cup of red wine
vinegar half a cup of olive oil a pinch
of red pepper flakes one clove of garlic
salt and juice of one lemon so literally
chop everything pour your dressing over
the top I cooked the steak for about 5
minutes on each side on medium heat in
my cast iron and then in the meantime
while the steak was finishing cooking I
got started on my radish bean salad okay
this salad is so bright and fresh and
again it just involves chopping so it is
so unbelievably easy and quick to prep
so I started off by making the dressing
which is one bunch of Dill half a cup of
Greek yogurt nice and rich in protein 2
tspoons of red wine vinegar juice of two
lemons 2 tbsp of olive oil and a
teaspoon of salt and then you just chop
everything else and again this makes it
so easy so you chop up a bag of Persian
cucumbers a bunch of cilantro a quarter
of a red onion one bunch of radishes
five green onions and one can of chickp
chickpeas and then for the chicken I
just cooked up some chicken breast but
you could also do a rotisserie chicken
and that’s it it’s actually really I
found it very therapeutic to chop this
it was really enjoyable you can just
turn on some music and you get the most
delicious easy meal prep that you’ve
ever
done like how good is that okay so next
up we’re making the lascala bean salad
this looks so good and the best thing
that I’ve ever done is put my little
recipes in a recipe binder it is so much
easier to read I picked up some things
for this recipe I was so excited to see
some of my main ingredients that I
needed we’re on Thrive Market which is
the best because then I get the best
price that I threw in here really quick
I’ll just do a little haul the dark
chocolate one I’ve never ever tried this
one how can I not show you this you know
what I mean so oh I needed this yes oh
my gosh I forgot this is actually
another this is part of another recipe
that we’re doing which is the Pea pasta
wanted these specific noodles for the
Pea pasta love the joio brand definitely
the best price on Thrive Market I got
some organic applesauce for baking and
then I also got I needed this for the
lascala salad these are organic so I
thought it was I thought they were
peppercinis but they’re pepperon chinis
literally it says pepperon Chini is it
pepperi like I feel like I’m living my
entire life has not been like I’m I’m
I’m so confused I’ve had organic
pepperon chis so I picked that up this
is what we’re using in the lascala salad
that’s exactly what I needed and that
was definitely the best price I already
put these in the fridge but I’m going to
drink one of these while I meal prep
this is a new drink that I’m trying AA
Bonita real fruit AUA fresa with
pineapple
cucumber immediate yes oh my gosh that
is so good
what that could be my new favorite drink
of all time you have got to throw that
in your cart at checkout 10 out of 10 if
you are not a member of Thrive market
yet you can go to thrive market.com
camria J and you are going to get 30%
off plus a free gift worth up to $60 you
can’t beat the price you can’t beat the
convenience ordering off of your couch
and just getting your groceries
delivered straight to your door my
sister loves it in her season of
postpartum my friend loves it being away
from stores where she can access you
know specific things like you know just
certain specialty items so and then not
to mention it’s just the best price of
those specialty items so 1,000% worth it
you save so much money link will be in
the description box let’s keep making
our meal prep next up is the lascala and
this looks amazing like this actually
looks phenomenal and I’m loving these
large salads I forgot that I got these
off of Thrive Market as well definitely
the best price that I’ve ever seen for
salami uh pork ra without antibiotics
this is the Oli brand I am so excited 31
g of protein per package literally
amazing this looks like an amazing brand
and this is going to go in our salad
next up is the lascala salad which is
definitely I don’t know if I could pick
a favorite but this one was really
delicious so again this is just chopping
which again I cannot express to you how
simple this meal prep was and honestly
very enjoyable it’s one of those things
where I was like I could actually look
forward to doing this every single week
and it just made it feel not
overwhelming and really enjoyable again
you can just turn on music and just chop
up all of your goodies so for this one
you’re going to chop up one bag of
Persian cucumbers one container of
cherry tomatoes a bunch of parsley a
container of mini mozzarella balls one
container of salami which was fantastic
one shallot one can of chickpeas and one
can of white beans but for me I just use
whatever beans that I have had in my
pantry half a jar of colam Olives half a
jar of the pepperon chis I hope I’m
saying that
[Music]
right
SW fences meet your parents cast shoes
off in the
pool don’t
[Music]
seem Carolina
and then for the dressing you’re going
to do a cup of grated parmesano regano
which is very high and really delicious
fat soluble vitamins very important for
our health and calcium and then you’re
going to do two cloves of grated garlic
I just used a zester to grate up the
garlic 1/4 cup of red wine vinegar 1/4
cup of olive oil two t tablespoons of
Dijon mustard a teaspoon of salt and 1
teaspoon of Italian seasoning along with
juice of half of a lemon so again chop
chop chop whip up your dressing pour it
over the top and you are done and the
salad keeps perfectly throughout the
week and just tastes better and better
each and every day that it marinates
it’s so good and so easy try that out
let me get another
okay
M what do you
think that peinis yeah nice M mhm
really m M they really good so next up
is our BR pea pasta and I was so blown
away by how delicious this was and how
simple it was to make you’re going to
start out by boiling your pasta which is
again the jovio one that I used and then
chop up one cup of leaks and this is
really actually going to be the base of
your pasta so you’re going to chop up
your leaks and then chop up two
teaspoons of minced garlic and then you
want to do 12 oz of peas total but you
want to add in one cup of those peas
into to your leaks for the leaks you’re
going to sauté your leaks in some olive
oil over medium heat and then you’re
going to add in 1 cup of the peas and
you want to reserve the rest of the peas
just in adding in at the end just for
texture you could honestly do whatever
you want you could put all the peas all
12 ounces of the peas and with the leaks
if you want it to just be a smooth sauce
but I added in one cup with the leaks
and the two teaspoons of minced garlic
and then you want to chop up a
tablespoon of mint and 2 tbspoon of dill
and a teaspoon of lemon zest with a
teaspoon of salt and pepper so you’re
going to add all of those ingredients
into your sauté pan and sauté that up
for a few minutes and then once that’s
done cooking you’re going to take one
cup of bone broth and add that into your
blender and you want to take all those
roasted everything that you just sauteed
and add that into your blender with the
bone broth and blend that up and that is
going to make your sauce and then you’re
going to pour that over your pasta and
add in a tablespoon of lemon juice 1/4
cup of grated Parmesan and then that is
it and then you get to top it off with
the barata maybe some olive oil a little
bit more lemon zest some peases and some
red pepper flakes and this was so bright
it was so fresh I love that it has a ton
of veggies in there and fiber and
carbohydrate and even protein from the
bone broth and you could definitely add
in a protein if you want to like more
protein some chicken whatever you want
to do so this was really good and it’s
definitely the perfect spring meal prep
and such a fun unique different pasta
recipe M what do you
think M never seen anything like that
mhm peas and pasta mhm were you nervous
no actually look Avo to trying it that’s
pretty good huh babe yeah that’s meal
prep for
tomorrow you love it you are going to
not believe how good this protein banana
bread is I was so blown away
by how flavorful and delicious it is and
so happy with how rich in protein that
it is it’s a 10 out of 10 however I will
give very specific baking instructions
in the description box and I will walk
you through it but you’re going to start
out with 1 and 1/2 cups of gluten-free
flour and then half a cup of vanilla
protein and this is what I believe makes
it so delicious I’m using the equip
vanilla protein powder and this smells
like a Bak shop like like the most
delicious
dreamy oh my goodness it is unbelievable
how good this protein is so you’re going
to do I did half a cup of that protein
powder and then a teaspoon of baking
soda 3/4 of a teaspoon of baking powder
3/4 of a teaspoon of salt half a
teaspoon of Salon cinnamon and 1 and 1/2
cups of mashed banana half a cup of
Greek yogurt again nice and rich in
protein half a cup of honey or maple
syrup I ended up doing maple syrup and
then 1/3 cup of oil and I used MCT oil
and then 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
and you can add chocolate chips although
I opted to just do the plain banana
bread and it was so good you’re going to
bake it at 350 uh for 40 minutes but
here’s the thing you want to put foil
over the top of it and leave it in there
for an extra 10 to 20 minutes just
depending on your oven because you don’t
want the bread to burn but you need it
to finish cooking on the inside and I
just found that 40 minutes was not
enough but the top of it I didn’t want
to get any more cooked so it’s really
important to just kind of keep an eye on
it but definitely use the foil tint
method and then you’re you know it’s
done when you put a toothpick or a knife
in and it comes out clean and there’s no
batter left on that so that is how you
know it’s going to be done but it is a
little bit you know you just got to
really watch that when it comes to the
baking but the flavor is so good oh my
gosh it is the perfect spring recipe and
dessert and I love that it’s rich in
protein and I just cannot even describe
how yummy this is and how easy it was to
make and I love that this is kind of
like a meal prepped you know you could
do this as you know a part of your
breakfast or just have it as a snack or
even a dessert it’s very multi-purpose
so it’s really good and I definitely
cannot recommend this enough here’s our
meal prep you could honestly bless you
maester maer just sneezed I don’t know
if you heard that but you can honestly
make this whole thing for the week this
pasta turned out so incredible honestly
everything did I genuinely cannot pick a
favorite I would say I’m like
surprisingly gravitating toward this
it’s so fresh and delicious and I don’t
usually eat radishes and I felt like
this was such a fun way to incorporate a
food that I don’t usually like this is
really bright and fresh and I actually
love the color of it so delicious and I
love that it has the Greek yogurt nice
and rich in protein this banana bread oh
my goodness just make sure that you cook
it all the way through but it is
absolutely delectable it is so delicious
it the flavor is
honestly it is probably the best banana
bread that I’ve ever had and the fact
that it’s rich in protein it just really
makes it a star to me and then this is
incredible to me I again I’m going to
link all the creators I believe that
this was the same Creator and again I
can’t remember names but I’m going to
leave Link in the description because
honestly 10 out of 10 and I love that I
again I was looking for recipes that had
the beans in there because I had them in
my pantry and so when I came across
these recipes it just could not have
been more perfect and I love that these
store so well in the fridge again really
easy meal prep and just very simple to
do so you got a pasta you I mean you
really have multiple pastas but I love
that this has so much protein so many
different things going on tons of fiber
veggies fresh you know uh herbs I mean
it is really truly amazing this was
perfect perfect for meal prep are you
smelling everything you’re oh oh oh
stretch it out that’s our meal prep I’m
going to eat some of this right now it’s
so delicious I hope this was helpful

  1. My Favorite to cook for spring is my “chicken pesto burger” with avocado and side of arugula salad Sooo Good💣. I can eat this for lunch or Dinner 😍

And again you made my Day with your Vlog🥰 SALAMAT ( Tagalog of Thank you)

    God bless you always😘😘

  2. I need all your recipes Cambria!!😂
My favorite recipe is a Crock-Pot Rotisserie Chicken! Super easy! Delicious! But you are right! Pinterest! Such a great resource!

  3. Loved this video so much Cambria, I hope you continue to do more. Love getting cooking inspiration from you, your the best. That first salad with the steak sounds so GOOD….
I just have one question and sorry if it sounds weird but I just honestly want to know. I love eating a fresh steak salad where everything is cold and the steak is warm but never eat steak cold? I’ve never made a steak salad at home it’s always been at a restaurant. How does the salad taste days later eating it with cold steak?? Not sure about that. Salads are probably my favorite foods. One of my favorites is just Romaine & Spring lettuce mix with purple onion, chicken, Green apples, Gorgonzola, and homemade candied walnuts with a champagne dressing. Sometime have thrown fennel in there or dried cranberries. I just love all the different flavor profiles😋 That recipe book is gorgeous. I love anything with citrus pictures. I’ve always thought about putting all my most loved recipes together on recipe cards in a box so that my children will always have them to continue to use & to pass down. I’ve just haven’t taken the time to do it sadly. But now that recipe book is even better! Love it so much.

  4. Girl! You have been on it with the new vids. I can’t keep up, I’m gonna have to spend a day binge watching your channel 😂❤

  5. Love your channel but most how genuine you come across.

My favorite recipe is Barefoot Contessas Brussel sprouts and onions 10/10

  6. Hi Cambria 😊
    My favorite dish is Soupish
    It’s a Portuguese dish
I grew up going to Portuguese picnics with this served along with shredded roast and bread.
My granny passed down the recipe to me. I love making this for my family.

  7. I’ve been waiting for you to do a giveaway for the recipe book 🥰 👏🏻 one of my favorite recipes to make in the fall is pumpkin spice muffins with cream cheese frosting so yummy 🤤

  8. Hi 😊my favorite spring recipe is bow tie pasta with zucchini and sun dried 🍅 with schallots as well as Parmesan cheese. Cook pasta. Use some of the oil of the sun dried tomatoes. Fry the onions and zucchini. Add pasta, sun dried tomatoes and cheese. Tada , all done. It even better the next day. Oh, and drain the tomatoes bc they can be very oily. I also pat the dry. Save the rest of the oil for other dishes. I think chicken would be nice with it as well. ❤

  9. I always enjoy watching your videos 😊 you are such an inspiration! One recipe I have loved making recently is garlic honey bbq meatballs in the crockpot with broccoli 😋 so delicious!

  10. My grannies did not cook my recipes unfortunately but one of my favorite things to make that reminds me of them is a big dinner. My mom's mom always had green beans – cooked in chicken broth, with fresh onion, pepper, and diced ham or bacon. My dad's mom always had potato salad – yellow potatoes, mayonnaise, chopped sweet pickle, splash of vinegar, salt, pepper, dill weed, and a little sugar. Everything is measured with your heart 🙂

  11. These salads look amazing!!
I just got a thrift membership after your last video and have searched some of the products in there you’ve mentioned and can’t find them! I wonder why? Like the salami in this video, and the kombucha in your last video…can’t find either on thrive😕

  12. Thank you for sharing! You’re just such a ray of sunshine. ☀️ our favorite are Maple Cookies, I’ve been making them for 15 years. My husband loves them and now we have two kiddos and they’ve become a favorite of our toddler as well. They are so simple to make, but make such a statement. Definitely something I’ll keep on making for years to come. Thank you for sharing and just being so positive, your content makes my heart happy. ❤

  13. Love this type of video so much! So inspiring💕It's so easy to get stuck with what to make each week. This is so helpful. My favorite recipe ever and one that I cherish is my granddad's oatmeal peanut butter and chocolate chip cookies. Not necessarily healthy, but they are so good and I have so many good memories eating them with him.

  14. Cambria you're kind, I'd really enjoy that binder. I love your heart. It's beautiful and inspiring. Getting hot here so leaning towards salads like egg salad and avocado toast

  15. love all your videos. i have been susbcriber for years❤. i dont have one specific recipe but i love mofongo is a puertorican dish and also iranian beef kabob. i love cooking different recepies from everywhere this video was very inspirering. im going to try and make the steak salad. the peas salad looked interesting to!

  16. Dutch baby!! My mom used to make one on the weekends all the time and I forgot about it until recently! My husband and I have been loving Dutch babies recently and it’s been so fun to revisit the memories

  17. Cambria, your recipes are the best!!! You are definitely helping me to be creative and adventurous in my cooking! Thanks for always sharing them with us. My favorite recipe is chicken mole. The mole is chocolaty, but also spicy… along with moist and fluffy Mexican rice. God bless you! ❤

  18. Chicken kale salad with honey mustard olive oil dressing. Sauté chicken breast with red onions and add to the kale. You have to really massage the dressing on to the kale. Yummy!

  19. My favorite recipe lately has been salmon bowls! So filling and healthy! Rice, spring mix, cilantro, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and avocado!

  20. Baked Pork rind tenderloins!!
Take a whole bag or pork rinds (target has one with just pork and salt)
Crumble up the whole bag, pour into a bowl with seasonings (paprika garlic salt & pepper)
    Add Parm if you want.
Take tenderloins and press it into the mixture on both sides, lay on parchment, place in oven for 25-35 mins depending. The best chicken ever! 😊

  21. My favorite recipe is a white chicken chili that is dairy free and high in protein! So yummy and nourishing

  22. Healthy pumpkin bread
⅓ cup melted coconut oil or extra-virgin olive oil*
½ cup honey or maple syrup
    2 eggs
    1 cup pumpkin purée
¼ cup milk of choice or water
1 ½ teaspoons pumpkin spice blend (or ½ teaspoon cinnamon, ½ teaspoon ground ginger, ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg, and ¼ teaspoon allspice or cloves)
1 teaspoon baking soda (NOT baking powder; they aren’t the same!)
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    ½ teaspoon salt
1 ¾ cups white whole wheat flour or regular whole wheat flour
Totally optional: ½ cup mix-ins like chopped walnuts or pecans, chocolate chips, raisins, chopped dried fruit…
Pinch of ground cinnamon, for sprinkling on top
    INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit (165 degrees Celsius) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, beat the oil and honey together together with a whisk. Add the eggs and whisk until blended. (If your coconut oil solidifies on contact with cold ingredients, simply let the bowl rest in a warm place for a few minutes, like on top of your stove, or warm it for about 10 seconds in the microwave.)
Add the pumpkin purée, milk, pumpkin spice, baking soda, vanilla and salt, and whisk to blend. Lastly, switch to a big spoon and stir in the flour, just until combined. Some lumps are ok! If you’re adding any additional mix-ins, gently fold them in now.
Pour the batter into your greased loaf pan and sprinkle lightly with cinnamon. If you’d like a pretty swirled effect, run the tip of a knife across the batter in a zig-zag pattern.
Bake for 55 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean (typically, if I haven’t added any mix-ins, my bread is done at 55 minutes; if I have added mix-ins, it needs closer to 60 minutes). Let the bread cool in the loaf pan for 10 minutes, then carefully transfer the bread to a cooling rack to cool for 20 minutes before slicing.

This is my favorite bread recipe
I hope you give it a try 😊

  23. Hello, one of my favorite recipes is cucumber sandwiches. So easy and great for a light spring/summer lunch!

  24. Love all the new video coming out … thanks Cambria ! I would love to see a what you eat in a day showing how you get 35 grams of fibre in ! I find it so hard to get enough fibre because I have a hard time digesting beans/grains .

  25. I finally ordered some bee pollen! It’s not supposed to come in till Tuesday but I can’t wait to start eating it!! Thanks Cambria!!

  26. Hi Cambria! I'm not seeing the pasta recipe, would you mind sharing the link? Thank you so much!!

  27. My favorite recipe is cherry brown butter bars by smitten kitchen. They are perfect every time and you can switch the fruit to any that you like. So good!💛
