Very nicely done. Now this is just nitpicking, really, but I want to give some constructive criticism. I would suggest getting a slightly bigger pan for future cinnamon rolls. Also try shaping, and slicing them the previous night, and jetting them proof in the fridge over night. Then the morning of the bake, cover them in plastic wrap, and put them in a turned off oven, with a basin of boiling water beneath them, for 1 hour. These steps will really help them taste good! (In my experience.)
