Maybe just me; I prefer my veggies to be a little bit less… boiled to death. Try adding them when you’re closer to done?
But if you like them this way, I’ve got nothing more to say.

Next time you can try roasting the veggies instead, the color and texture will be better

I don’t like your choice of veggies since they would alter Nong-shim’ flavors. When adding veggies, I ‘d choose carrots, leeks and shiitakes, which are the same as the dry veggies package.
