Rockin’ Rolls

I'm not a sourdough fan, so here are a couple of examples of recent rolls I have made. Sorry for the bad pun, you deserve butter than that! 🤣 The long rolls are designed for cheesesteaks and Italian hoagies, (shown: my deviled ham 'tester' tonight) and the pretzel rolls were used for cheeseburgers and mustard-grilled sausage patties on a bun.
