Made some pizza for lunch. Dough wasn't fully warmed and was tough to work with so was a little smaller than I wanted. Ended up a little too cheesy since I planned on a bigger pie. Cup n crisp pepperoni with some hand crushed San Marzano tomatoes. Cooked on baking steel at 550 then finished with broil. Tasted better than but looked like a Digorno pizza. 7/10 will try again tomorrow.
