Best & Easiest Homemade Ground Chicken Lasagna Recipe | Creamy & Cheesy

Ingredients:
• Oven-ready lasagna noodles
• 1 lb ground chicken
• Cheese mix (such mozzarella and cheddar)
• 4-5 cloves of garlic, chopped or minced
• 1 large onion, chopped
• 2 bell peppers (any color), diced
• 1 large carrot, grated
• 8 oz tomato sauce
• 8 fl oz light cream
• Seasonings: salt, black pepper, universal seasoning, honey chili glaze
• Olive oil

Instructions:
• Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
• In a skillet, heat a little olive oil over medium heat. Cook garlic and onion until lightly browned.
• Add diced bell peppers and grated carrots to the skillet. Cook for a few minutes, then add ground chicken.
• Season with salt, black pepper, universal seasoning, and honey chili glaze.
• Once the chicken is lightly cooked and the flavors have melded, add tomato sauce and light cream to the skillet. Mix well and bring to a boil. Remove from heat.
• In an oven-safe lasagna dish, start by layering oven-ready lasagna noodles.
• Add a thin layer of the chicken and sauce mixture to cover the noodles, then sprinkle some cheese over it.
• Repeat the layers until all the sauce is used, aiming for about 4 layers.
• On the top layer, add a thicker layer of cheese.
• Cover the dish with foil or a lid and bake for about 30 minutes.
• Remove the foil or lid and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
• Take out of the oven and let it rest for a moment before serving.
