cook one cup of orzo pasta in boiling
water until alante then drain and set
aside in another pot bring six cups of
chicken broth to a boil then add 2 cups
of cooked shredded chicken breast in a
bowl whisk together two large eggs and
the juice of two lemons until
smooth slowly temper the egg lemon
mixture by gradually whisking in a cup
of the hot chicken broth ensuring the
egg don’t
curdle slowly pour the tempered egg
lemon mixture back into the pot with the
chicken bro stirring constantly on low
heat do not let the soup come to a boil
add the cooked orzo to the soup season
with salt and pepper to taste and heat
through serve the avono soup warm
