I was afraid it overfermented when it definitely doubled overnight, but it might be fine?!?

That looks fantastic. I love the crumb, very evenly distributed air pockets which tells me your fermentation times were great and look at that beautiful crust color. The bubbles too. Incredible job! You should be proud. What kind of flour did you use?

You should increase the hydration a bit. The dough looks like it could use more. Maybe increase the fermentation a tad too.
