I haven’t made my own pizza in months, was too busy concentrating on sourdough. Pretty emotional argument with my husband before baking yielded this almost perfect result, the only imperfection being the slight bump on the left hand side negating a perfect circle. He didn’t deserve it, but I let him eat it.

The perfect circle, there’s something so defeating watching a delicious tasting pie baked into unevenness on the launch. Tinges my self diagnosed OCD haha. Looks great though and I would devour!
