Well, after being a long time drinker of wine 🍷 me and wife are getting started on having a bit more of a collection – or at least more of something on hand vs running to the store every night for something to drink.
Just finished out the underneath side of our stairwell and have a cellar-chiller coming this weekend to install.
Still very new to all this but excited to learn from the group here.

Very cool little setup. Don’t go filling it Willy Nilly, be smart and have a plan.
If you’re building a collection for the long haul, remember your taste and preferences will evolve over time so don’t over-rotate toward one region or one varietal. Think diversification.
