Idk if it officially follows MD but I felt like it had to be pretty close…
-1/2 Avocado & 1 tomato with everything bagel seasoning and fat free feta on sourdough toast
-tiny bowl of fat free plain greek yogurt with chia seeds, raspberries, blackberries and a touch of granola
– espresso with nutpods almond and coconut creamer (no sugar which is nice!)

If anything here doesn’t “fit” the typical diet let me know as I am still learning 🙂
