My first guess for this symptom is too much light. But I have lowered my Mars Hydro TS1000 to 25% at 60cm.. which is almost less than double what papers say I need. Measured light and it was 130 PPFD.

I commented in another community about your plants having Edema. Along with too frequent watering and not enough air flow, by decreasing the light intensity you’re also helping the edema continue. Increase the lighting to 50% and get the PPFD to around 300. You’ll have to play with the height by watching the plants for stress but by not giving them enough light they won’t be able to transpire enough moisture to prevent Edema.
Basically you need to ease up on the watering frequency. Add more air flow. And increase the light.
