I've been outside dealing with stuff around the house and at our RV now that we are home from our latest road trip, and the wife decided to make the Banh Mi Tacos.
She doesn't usually do the HF meals – in two years, this is the third kit she's made (she does almost all the scratch cooking). So I was a bit surprised at how much beef there was for the tacos. When I went into the meat drawer of the fridge to get the tortillas, I realized she used the beef for BOTH their tacos and the SW Beef Cavatappi.
Good thing I love tacos! (And if course I love my wife more!)
