* Cheese Flavor: Nutty, savory and complex * Meltiness: Simply softened * Overall: 9/10 the flavor profile was fantastic but the texture wasn’t as good as some other cheddars I’ve had.

I’m only just now realizing that there are at least 243 different cheeses.
I don’t know why. I just never thought about the amount of cheeses before. Just the amount of grilled cheeses.
