    Ingredients:
    A duck 4 kg
    1 kg of white onion
    Salt,black pepper and cumin
    1Carrot,1 bell pepper,cinnamon stick and laurel leaves
    Cup of orange juice
    Slices of orange and lemon for garnish
    2 spoons of honey
    1 spoon of Pomegranate molasses

    Instructions:
    Rub duck well from inside and outside with flour
    Rinse duck with water
    Put duck in water added to it black pepper and lemon juice and Leave it for at least 15 minutes
    Rinse duck
    Chop onion into small pieces
    Fry onion in 2 big spoons of olive oil till light golden then add salt, black pepper and cumin as desired
    Stuff duck with onion and sew it
    Put duck in a big pan then add water to cover it
    Chop vegetables (carrots and bell pepper)
    Add vegetables then add salt , black pepper and spices
    Put on stove till fully cooked (take approximately one hour and half for this weight)
    On a pan put piece of butter ,2 spoons of honey,1 spoon of Pomegranate molasses and orange juice stir well then put on stove
    After the mixture becomes heavy put cinnamon stick
    Put orange mixture on cooked duck and put it under oven grill till golden
    Serve it with white rice
