I've tried making is using the Loving it Vegan recipe but it wasn't great for trying to make soda bread. Any suggestions welcome, pls. Thanks.

    I use 1T ACV plus 1c unsweetened cashew milk and it works well in pancakes and biscuits

  2. 1 cup/250mL soy milk, 1 tbsp/15mL vinegar or lemon juice. The soy will replicate protein in dairy.

    I had the best luck with vinegar and soymilk, best was an unsweetened ~100 calorie per cup one, the light milks didn’t work as well. However there are also some unsweetened vegan kefir around that work really well for this and they are a little thicker which works well for coating type uses.
