Another great how to video. People are struggling with frying an over easy egg I have seen it. In this video I will show how easy it is to accomplish. It’s as easy as dumping an egg in a frying pan and covering it. Add your salt and set it on a plate. The only thing left is to enjoy. It’s that easy.

good morning friends
i’ve seen several people struggling with
this fried egg over easy and i’m going
to show you just how easy it is with the
no flip method
need some cackle berries salt pepper a
little bit of butter
and a frying pan with a lid that’s all
you need
very simple process
so let’s get started so we’re going to
get your pan going
and uh
drop in a little type of butter
get it all mixed mixed
in a few minutes
once that’s going
about a low to medium heat is what you
want
add your eggs
add some salt
add some pepper
pepper is optional
put the lid back on
no peeking about three minutes
after a few minutes
remove the lid
there you go
now all you have to do is plate
and enjoy
those jammy eggs

  1. doesn't bother to spread the butter around the pan evenly

    uses pre-ground pepper instead of a pepper grinder

    throws it on the plate and it's f$%^*&g perfect

  2. Those are classic 'basted eggs' in the professional culinary world. Adding a Tbsp. of water before putting the lid on will make the top of the eggs cook faster via steam and yield a more poached egg flavor. You also had a little too much heat going. It will always baffle me how egg cookery seems to be the most difficult culinary aspect to master for 95% of Culinary Students. But then again… I started in the kitchen as a short order breakfast cook at 16.
