Below is the recipe for small batch:

Mushroom (No) Beef and Broccoli

2 large portobello mushroom caps, sliced
1/2 red pepper, sliced
1/2 orange pepper, sliced
1 crown of broccoli cut into pieces
1/2 onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbs Hoisin Sauce, or to taste
1 Tbs Soy Sauce, or to taste

Slice vegetables. Dredge mushrooms into seasoned flour batter and fry in shallow pan with oil. Set aside. In medium saucepan boil water and add broccoli after it begins to boil. Steam about 2 to 3 minutes then take it out.
In wok under high heat, add oil (canola or avocado oil), Add onions and peppers stirring until translucent. Then add broccoli and garlic and stir fry.
Lastly, add back in the fried mushrooms and add the sauces. Stir fry for another couple of minutes to heat the sauces through until caramelized.
Take out and serve.

My Mama’s Kitchen Edition
all right so I’m making mushroom and
broccoli over white rice um I’ve got
portabello mushrooms soy sauce Wason
sauce a couple
of um peppers I like the red and
orange um I’ve got some onion sliced
up
and broccoli
I actually don’t mind the stem so I kind
of just snap them apart
naturally
um just to take
advantage of both the Flor and the stem
and
then just at the ink kind of chop off
that that kind of weird piece
so I’m removing the gills underneath the
portabella mushroom trying not
to hit the stem because I want to keep
that um because I want to slice these
thick as if they are strips
of um beef right so um they’re about a
half inch
thick as you can see here
I wanted them to hold up um while frying
them first I wanted to change the
texture of them so um I just put a dry
batter on them I didn’t um wet them
first I just put them straight in the
flow um fried them up
meanwhile I’m boiling the broccoli just
for a few moments cuz I don’t want raw
broccoli um after you know stir frying
it broccoli can still be a little tough
so I um steamed it a little bit first
before adding it to the sauté vegetables
in the
walk and then after getting the
vegetables right where I wanted them I
added the fried mushrooms into the mix
and then um went ahead and added the
hoiston
sauce and then um eventually the soy
sauce um so added it and then tossed it
a bit wanted the sauce to feat through
and caramelize some and this is on high
heat I am
using uh a walk so you always want to
use that under high heat so stir that a
bit and let it
um the sauce of caramelize for a bit
not only did I look beautiful it was
delicious so much so I made a small bowl
for myself came back downstairs
and it was just about God yep
vegan beef and broccoli I guess is
called so good so good y’all have to try
