    Buffalo chickpea salad:

    Sauce: Cashew cream + Franks Red Hot sauce, to taste (or other buffalo sauce)

    Veggies: Carrots, onion, celery, bell pepper, jalepeno

    Chickpeas: cooked 50+10 in Instant pot then mash some of them

    There are lots of other good additions like crumbled super firm tofu, nuts or seeds, avocado, and other veggies.

    Flatbread:

    This is just some extra pizza dough rolled out and cooked in a pan. I usually use tortillas
