yep you seen the title in the thumbnail
you already know what we doing copycat
recipe today I’m going to show you guys
how to make those delicious KFC wedges
get in your kitchen let’s go all right
guys let’s do a quick rundown of what we
have for today’s recipe back here we
have our potatoes and guys I just cut
these babies in wedges like this very
easy right here we have our flour we
have milk we have some Tabasco sauce
smoked paprika Cajun seasoning seasoned
salt black pepper garlic powder you have
one egg that’s all you going to need
let’s get to to it so to get started
we’re going to prepare our flour we’re
going to add our smoked paprika caj and
seasoning garlic powder black pepper and
our seasoned salt and we’re just going
to get that whisked up like
that all right guys and you can also uh
taste your flour just to make sure it’s
seasoned to your liking I know that’s
good for me so we’re going to go and
move on to the next step the next thing
we’re going to do is take our milk
that’s in this bowl add our egg and
we’re going to add our Tabasco sauce and
we’re going to to get that whisk
[Music]
in all right now we’re going to move
that aside a little bit bring our
potatoes back into the shot going to
take a handful our potatoes drop them in
this
mixture and you want to add enough of
them to to where they’re all in the
mixture so we’re going to let these sit
here for about 10 to 15 minutes and then
we’re going to come back now our
potatoes have been sitting in our milk
mixture we’re going to take you can use
your hand or you can take a slotted
spoon we’re going to take just a handful
of them out of here make sure you just
kind of shake off the excess milk and
we’re going to drop them over here in
our flour let’s use our other hand and
we’re going to get these babies battered
up or breaded up whichever one and we’re
going to shake off that excess like this
I’m going to sit it right here on this
rack here on the
side just like
[Music]
that just that easy just that easy so
I’m going to go ahead and do the rest of
them and we’re going to come back once
we get all of them breaded all right
[Music]
all right so now that we have our potato
wedges all breaded up we’re going to
head over to our stove I got our oil on
there we’re going to heat that up to
350° I’m sorry
375° once it gets to that temperature
we’re going to start dropping those
babies in there all right all right so
now we’re at our stove our oil is up to
375° we’re going to start dropping our
wedges guys you want to cook these in
batches don’t overcrowd your pan
and we’re going to let these babies cook
for about 3 to 5
[Music]
minutes and guys as you can see they’re
rising to the top so that means they’re
done so we’re going to go ahead and get
these out of here take a look at that oh
man beautiful beautiful golden color
going to sit him right here on this
resting rack get that one out of here
going put them in a warmer while we
finish the remaining
[Music]
wedges all right so we’re working on our
last batch here going to go ahead and
get these babies removed look at that
man going add these over here to our
warming R all right let’s go ahead over
to our cutting board take a look all
right so this is what we have here our
wedges let’s take a look at that man
beautiful beautiful all right nothing
left to do but get these babies plated
up in quality control so let’s go ahead
make it happen
[Music]
there you have it copy cat style KFC
potato wedges let me know what you think
about this in the comment section below
let’s go ahead jump into quality control
and’s give them a taste test yes quality
control time guy let’s bring these
wedges to the front of the
congregation take a look at that oh
man man they smell so good bro before I
dip it in this um ketchup I’m just going
to take a bite of
it the batter seasoned to
Perfection now let’s dump a little bit
in that
ketchup I don’t even eat my French fries
with ketchup but I do eat my wedges with
ketchup I know that’s a little
weird
man ain’t got a little crunch to it
nothing really special just KFC with
wedges I love them every time I go to
KFC I give me some of those wedges so
until then you already know who I am all
wings everything and remember him not a
che he just cook a lot and now I’m out
peace

Thank you 😊 Those look SO GOOD! Try them with Ranch dressing too!
Look 👀 at those wedges, I’m really for some with meat and veggies. Or just by themselves would be nice.
🔥🔥
Hellospinellihowyoulovethempotatoeswedgeslookumgooddoenjoymylove😊😊
Looks good. Have to try this. Thanks for sharing.
KFC used to sell them . They no longer do here . Now I can make any time I want some . Thank you !
I had fries that were almost similar but as big amd hearty today (Saturday) at a hockey game and they were good. Tasted like potato wedges.
Saving this recipe to make with your Chic fil A style nuggets yum!
Love your videos, always fun always easy. Thank you man. The lazy jazzy soundtrack is dope. 👍👍👍
Let me eat ❤
They look really good 😋 Thats kind of the same way I make my sweet potato fries, except I use half corn flour. Thats a good recipe, will have to try this one 💯☺️ty
The secret is that the original version had MSG. I’ll add some to your flour mixture and see what happens. I used to get these every week; how KFC cancelled them in favor of those terrible French fries I’ll never know.
New subscriber brother. Those look amazing. I’m making those tonight with honey garlic chicken breast!! Can’t wait. Thank you!!!!
These wedges look delicious. We have a winco grocery here in Seattle Wa, and they sell for like 10 wedges for $1, but they are the bomb. So I'm going to try yours.
🤤
I'll be over shortly to get a plate! 🙂
I need these to go with that burger you just made 😋😋😋😋😋
