Wow!! What a great Sausage Making Class at Schulze’s Pit Room yesterday! We had folks come from as far away as the country of Qatar fly in & attend the class!!

We reviewed the complete process A-Z, with tips & tricks of the trade. An added bonus was that we smoked 140 Lbs of Sausage on the Moberg Smokers 1000 gallon pit and the M&M BBQ Company 1000 gallon pit (the later of which smoked the upcoming Reuben Sandwich Sausage).
