hi welcome to Lenz recipes today I’m
going to make hot spinach artichoke dip
this is a really good appetizer to serve
whenever you have the occasion to need
an appetizer for a party or just to get
together with your friends it doesn’t
matter it’s good for any time these are
the ingredients that you’ll need you’ll
need a cup of grated Parmesan cheese a
cup of reduced fat sour cream half a cup
of mayonnaise you’ll need four scallions
or green onions that you’ve chopped
three tablespoons of fresh lemon juice a
clove of garlic that you’ve pressed
through a garlic press a cup of pepper
jack cheese that shredded a ten ounce
package of chopped spinach that you have
defrosted and squeezed dry a 14-ounce
can of artichokes that are in water that
you have drained and chopped and then
you’ll need another quarter cup of the
pepper jack cheese to sprinkle on the
top I’ll also need a casserole dish that
you have sprayed with cooking spray so
to make this recipe we’re simply going
to put all of our ingredients in the
bowl and stir put the sour cream kind of
some cheese there scallions or green
onions
lemon juice and our cheese I’m going to
stir this all together okay so now we’re
going to fold in our spinach and our
artichokes I’m going to pour this into
my casserole dish
and I’m gonna take my other quarter cup
of cheese and sprinkle it on the top now
what I’m going to do is put this in a
350 degree preheated oven for 30 minutes
my hot spinach artichoke dip is out of
the oven and this is what it looks like
when it’s done nice and cheesy on the
top so now I’m going to put someone on
appetizer plate and show you what it
looks like served you can serve this
with whatever cracker you want I’ve got
Triscuits or you can use baguette that’s
toasted just whatever you prefer this is
my hot spinach artichoke dip I hope you
enjoy it
you
