oh my God
I can hear the oil Splatter from a mile
away but it looks so good my mouth
started crying
peeling avocados AKA Nature’s Mayo AKA
white girls butter akane
followed by diced onion tomato and my
tiny jalapeno
study has shown that an aversion to
Cilantro is a genetic defect in the same
way that my face symmetry is
squeeze out the juice of half a lime
a pinch of salt and mix it up
get a piece from my belly and violently
throw into the pot
[Music]
that was way too fast so I’m just gonna
throw in the trends from earlier
today I learned the boiled pork belly
smells like feet
foiling up my kitchen to prepare for the
splatters nice job team
no splatter at all
I’m kind of offended
once it’s golden take it out increase
the temperature refry
it doesn’t really sound like chicharon
it sounds more like chashu with an
attitude I feel like I just entered the
Disneyland for keto people let’s give it
a taste
I thought a bit too heavy because all
the fat but surprisingly it’s kind of
refreshing it’s not as crispy as I had
hoped maybe I didn’t fry a lot enough
alright thank you

  1. All these months i've been watching your videos to find out how the fork was bend… now that i had witnessed the birth of a legend, i can sleep in peace..

  2. GOOD chicharrones from restaurants, especially in dishes, are often soft, more like a fried bork belly than the "pork rind" chips you get in a bag

But more crunchy to eat with salsa or Ive seen places use chicarrones instead of tostada for ceviche, there's all kinds of uses.
There's no right or wrong with crunchy vs soft

  3. You better ™ that fork 🤑 I'm about to go make one on purpose cause it seems like it doesn't slosh contents out of the bowl so much.. that's why I always end up using chopsticks with my notoriously over filled containments!!
