Boiled up some romas, a white onion, garlic cloves, a poblano, Serrano, and jalapeño. Juice of one lime and chicken bullion to taste. Then threw in some raw white onion for some extra crunch. Not spicy enough for me but I have to take into account my wife can’t handle any heat and this will be used on some flank steak tacos this week.

    Also forgot to add I snuck in 3 rehydrated arbols in to give it just a tad more kick and I threw in a small amount of the water that boiled the veggies in to cut it thinner.
